Junyi Wang’s research explored the attitudes of healthcare patients in China with chronic cardiovascular diseases about using telemonitoring technologies to communicate with their health providers. Her project addressed China’s limited number of medical resources and the challenges faced by individuals living in rural areas when trying to receive proper medical treatment.
